We are a premium brand in the field of luxurious real estate in the Czech Republic. We create stylish living in unique properties where you will have more space for yourself and your life. At EMPIRENT, a family-owned company, we focus on the rental and sale of luxurious real estate in Prague, we build development projects and provide superior service within the housing industry.

We currently own over 200 furnished apartments, which are built on the experience of our architects and interior designers. We believe that every detail is important, which is why we think innovatively and practically when designing interiors or building new development projects. It is also for these reasons that we have moved to the top of the premium and luxurious real estate industry since 2006.

We have gradually expanded the sale and a long-term rental of apartments to short-term rentals, which has shown us how to make our customer approach even more efficient. The concierge services that are typical for first-class hotels inspired us to create the completely unique Empi Home 24/7 service, which makes every client feel at home in their new apartment.
